It’s that time of year again when the temperature drops and we head indoors to play some board games!

ShepparCon is only 30 short sleeps away so here’s all the latest goss on Shepparton’s favorite board game convention!

When & Where

ShepparCon is on for 2 ½ days as per last year at the GV Hotel in their upstairs function room:

  • Saturday 9.00am – midnight
  • Sunday 9.00am-6.00pm

Tickets are on sale right now 👉 TICKETS

  • General admission is $20
  • 15 and under are $5

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a General Admission ticket holder.

If we have any unsold tickets at 6pm on Friday, they will be available at the door.

We wouldn’t be able to run this event without the help of our sponsors so a huge thank you to the Greater Shepparton City Council for the event grant yet again! And a newcomer to our lineup, Unhalfbricking Games who will be running our official convention store this year.

Julian from Unhalfbricking is happy offer free convention pickup to anyone who orders anything from his store before Wednesday 3rd July so get shopping!

Board Games

ShepparCon will have 3 official libraries of games for your tabletop enjoyment as well as selections from the committee members private collections, and as always, we will have space for attendees to store any games they are happy for others to play at the convention also.

We have a number of events organised, with more in the works!

  • Jo & Brent from Delightful Rainglow will be running a children’s game session on both Saturday and Sunday
  • Giles will be running his very popular board game themed Wits and Wagers game again on Saturday evening
  • Karl will run a ProtoSPIEL for any designers looking to get feedback on games they have in development on the Sunday (all attendees are encouraged to come play).

As usual we are all very excited for this years event to begin. if you have any questions please reach out to us via facebook or email and look forward to seeing you all there!
